A conversation between a police officer and a witness

Police officer: can you tell me exactly what happened please?

Witness: will I was walking in the street around 11:30 when suddenly I heard a sound.

Police officer: what was it?

Witness: it was the sound of glass breaking.

Police officer: and what happened after?

Witness: I went to see what was going on when I saw a man coming out of miss Blamey's house and he was running very fast, then I shouted at him( hey you stop right there I have called the police and they are on their way) but when he heard me he even went faster and faster.

Police officer: all right, can you describe him for me?

Witness:  oh, that’s a bit difficult.

Police officer: and why is that?

Witness: you see it was rather dark but I think the convict was wearing black pants, grey shirt and his hair was blonde and I guess he had stitches under his eye but I can't tell which eye sorry.

Police officer: sir can you thing of something else you saw that night.

Witness: no not really. Wait I remembered something, there were a man standing in front of the house when I came he quickly grabbed his mobile phone and called someone, and then when I saw the man coming out of the house.

Police officer: did you get a good look at him?

Witness: no. because when the burglar went I look if I can see him but he was gone too.

Police officer: OK sir, and thank you for all of the helpful information.  

Witness: I am always happy to serve the nation.

I was walking in the neighborhood at 11:30. I heard a strange thing; it was like a sound of glass crushing on the floor. I went there too see what's going on and I saw a man wearing black pants, grey shirt and his hair was blonde coming out from Miss Blamey's house. I shouted at him for frightening: (hey you stop right there I have called the police and they are on their way) but he didn’t stop, and I also saw something like stitches under his eye. Also I saw another guy standing in front of Miss Blamey's house but I didn’t get a good look at him. When he saw me he quickly grabbed his cell phone and called someone that’s when the burglar got out of the house.
